Buenavida comprises two distinct yet complementary apartments located door to door on the same floor of a newly restored building from 1940, blending Eclecticism and Art Deco styles.
Buenavida Deluz and Buenavida Muralto are positioned door-to-door, offering an exceptional opportunity for larger groups ranging from 8 to 13 people to enjoy shared experiences while appreciating the individuality and privacy provided by each apartment.

Situated in the heart of Old Havana, a short walk from major attractions like Plaza Vieja, these apartments offer a unique experience by being immersed in an authentic neighborhood away from the usual tourist paths, facing the ancient cloister of Santa Clara.
The area benefits from reliable, uninterrupted electricity, gas, and running water.

The comprehensive restoration of the apartments preserves original architectural and decorative elements using genuine and valuable materials, while adjusting the spaces to meet the current needs of our guests.
Our interiors feature selected design furniture and lamps, including exclusively designed beds and the highest hotel quality mattresses.

Buenavida Deluz: Located on the first floor of a large corner building, this apartment also enjoys the Havana Bay breeze and plenty of natural light. With over 1,500 sq ft, it comprises 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (2 of them with balconies overlooking the square) and a fully equipped kitchen open to a contiguous common area with a dining room, living room, and office, accommodating up to 7 people.

Buenavida Muralto: This apartment occupies the first floor and enjoys the Havana Bay breeze and ample natural light through two casement windows to the Santa Clara street. It covers more than 1,500 sq ft and includes 3 bedrooms suitable for up to 6 people, 1 complete bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to the adjoining dining room. It is organized around a luminous interior courtyard with an outdoor seating area, sheltered by an ancient stone wall.
